Who we are

Bike AI Doctor (“we”) provides acoustic AI engine-health diagnostics for motorcycles and scooters through a mobile app and this website. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Account data

When you register in the app we store your name, mobile number, role (bike owner, mechanic, or admin), credit balance, and a hashed PIN. We do not store your PIN in plain text. Mobile number is used as your login identifier.

Engine audio

Diagnosis recordings and optional post-repair clips are uploaded to object storage so the diagnosis engine can analyse them. Audio is associated with your account and a vehicle in your garage. Do not record conversations or other people’s voices when capturing engine sound.

Vehicles and diagnoses

Garage details (brand, model, CC, engine type, odometer, registration if you enter it) and diagnosis results (status, confidence, suggestions, mechanic feedback) are stored to show history and to improve the model when a certified mechanic submits ground truth.

Payments

Credit purchases are processed by PhonePe. We store transaction identifiers, amounts, credit quantities, and status. Card or UPI secrets are handled by the payment provider, not by us.

Website contact form

If you write to us from this site we store your name, email, optional phone number, message, and submission time so our administrators can reply. We do not sell this data.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, AI inference, and payments. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep account, audio, and diagnosis records while your account is active and as needed to operate the service and train the diagnosis model with mechanic-certified labels. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable under law.
