The service
Bike AI Doctor provides acoustic AI estimates of two-wheeler engine condition from a short idle recording. Reports may include likely defects and repair suggestions. They are decision-support tools, not a certified mechanical inspection and not a substitute for a qualified mechanic.
Accounts and PIN
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your PIN confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse recordings, payments, or other users.
Credits
One credit is consumed for each completed diagnosis. New accounts may receive one trial credit. Purchased credits are delivered after successful PhonePe checkout. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable except as required by law. Failed or cancelled checkouts do not add credits.
Recordings and vehicles
You confirm you have the right to record the vehicle and to upload the audio. Recordings should be engine sound at idle, not music or private conversations. Inconclusive results can occur with poor audio, wind, traffic, or an unsupported machine — re-record or seek a hands-on inspection.
Mechanics
Certified mechanic accounts may submit ground-truth feedback. You must only certify work you have actually assessed. False certifications may result in loss of mechanic privileges.
No warranty for riding safety
A “healthy” or high-confidence result does not guarantee the vehicle is safe to ride. Always follow manufacturer maintenance schedules and local traffic law. We are not liable for accidents, missed defects, or repair costs arising from reliance on an automated report, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app or website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
